Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping methods for our UK customers:

  • Pre-Order: All our deliveries will be shipped out at the end of October. 
  • Free Shipping: If you order over £1000, we will ship your order for free.
  • Express Shipping: If you require express shipping, please email info@christmasinaboxuk.com, to discuss the options available.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds Policy

Cancelled orders will be fully refunded in line with our returns policy (above) within 14 days of Christmas in a Box either receiving the goods or seeing evidence that you have returned them (e.g. a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office).

If you request a replacement rather than a refund, your new item will be dispatched upon receipt of the original goods at our HQ.

If you require replacement goods urgently, please contact us or place an additional order. The original (cancelled) order will be refunded in the usual way.

Consumer Rights Directive

If you have ordered goods online or by telephone, it is your statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item under the Consumer Rights Directive.

To cancel, please contact our customer service team, quoting your order number. Your right to cancel starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days will begin from the date you receive your last batch. This 14-day period is your time to decide whether to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to physically send the goods back. Please take reasonable care of the item(s).
