Refunds

Cancelled orders will be fully refunded in line with our returns policy (above) within 14 days of Christmas in a Box either receiving the goods or seeing evidence that you have returned them (e.g. a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office).

If you request a replacement rather than a refund, your new item will be dispatched upon receipt of the original goods at our HQ.

If you require replacement goods urgently, please contact us or place an additional order. The original (cancelled) order will be refunded in the usual way.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods.
