As one of the city’s magnificent Three Graces, the Port of Liverpool building set the challenge of designing a high-end Christmas installation that would complement its architectural grandeur without making any permanent alterations to the structure.
We were unable to use traditional installation methods, so a flexible and inventive approach, and precise coordination, was needed to achieve a visually stunning fully-illuminated display.
An 18ft tree, chosen to reflect the building's impressive proportions, anchored the space beautifully and additional elements such as elegant trees placed on plinths, garlands and classic wreaths created an overall design that felt equally luxurious and welcoming.
